Terms of payment and Delivery

Shipping times:

  • Wedding gifts :10-15 business days (See delivery time if the wedding gift carries any customization).
  • Wedding invitation samples or non-print orders: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Wedding invitations: there are two times you should count on, which are:

o Preparation of the PDF printing test, 6 business days from when we receive the text that should go in the invitation. We will send it to you via email and it will not be composed until the order is finalized with the payment of the order.

o Printing wedding invitations, 15 business days + shipping, from the moment you give us the ok to the print test.

o If you need to send invitations urgently, please contact us before placing your order.

Transportation and shipping costs:

Shipping costs within the peninsula will be 4.50 euros (VAT included) by delivery 24/48 hours once your order leaves our facilities.

If the value of your order is equal to or greater than 150 euros the shipping costs will be free (only within the peninsula).

The cost of shipping to the Balearic Islands will be 9 euros (Mallorca and Ibiza only).

Unfortunately, shipments will not be made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The shipment of your order will be made through the MRW transport agency, taking you to the address you indicate to us within 24/48 hours of your order being shipped from our facilities.

2 delivery attempts are included in the shipment at the address indicated, but if the delivery is not made in such attempts, you can pick up your order in the MRW delegation in charge of the delivery.

For a 3 attempt to deliver, change address or deliveries during arranged hours, please refer to the additional cost of the same.

Delivery times will be between 9:00h. 7 p.m.

Exchanges and Returns

1. Changes

1.1. Defective goods or quantity claims.

In case the goods arrive defective or the quantity received differs from the one purchased: The customer must contact us at the email address info@invitacionesdiferentes.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order, to process the incident. If it is resolved that the error is attributable to invitacionesdiferentes.com or the transport agency, invitacionesdiferentes.com will be charged with the costs of returning and returning the order at no cost to the customer.

The order must be returned with its original contents and in its original packaging.

Defective goods will not be accepted without prior invitacionesdiferentes.com communication in the email info@invitacionesdiferentes.com, nor prior acceptance of the return by invitacionesdiferentes.com

1.2. Changes and Returns.

If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer in products without customization (you are wrong to place the order), the customer will have 14 calendar days to proceed with the change of their order. This will be borne by the return costs of the shipment.

For any changes, you must always have prior communication to the email info@invitacionesdiferentes.com for acceptance. Custom products will not have the possibility of change.

In case the error was due to the invitacionesdiferentes.com, the customer would receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost. Being invitacionesdiferentes.com who will pay the costs of returning the order.

To accept a change, both the product and the original packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original content. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.

1.3. Returns

In products without customization, the customer will have 14 calendar days to be able to proceed with the return of their order in case it does not meet their expectations. Once the goods have been received and their condition checked, the amount paid for the order will be refunded.

Custom products have no possibility of return.
